Joe Fletcher is a former professional lacrosse player and alumnus of Loyola University Maryland, where he competed at the highest level of Division I lacrosse. Joe has represented Team USA and competed professionally in the Premier Lacrosse League with the Chrome Lacrosse Club, bringing international and pro-level experience to his coaching. He specializes in defensive fundamentals, transition play, and teaching players how to read the game with confidence.
